[phenixbb] Resolve after Phaser SAD module - question

Dear Phenix experts,

It is recommended to use FWT/PHWT after Phaser SAD module for initial map
calculation.
Could you please explain how to tell Resolve to pick these fields for the
initial map ?
With MR it is clear since you need  FWT and PHIC but with SAD you really
need FWT and PHWT .
