Hi Pavel,

I will send you and Christopher the files off list.

About the steps.

I was using Phenix 1.21-5207, and the results looked good (about the consistency, for example the CC1/2 were similar to the to results of the autoPROC results…)

Then I’ve recently updated to Sonoma 14.4 (yesterday)

I’ve tried the very last version also (dev-5242) and have a similar issue.

About the Coot loading issue, I can open the refined data run under Sonoma 14.3, but some very last data refined under Sonoma 14.4 don’t load automatically.
I will send a second off list about the coot issue.

Many thanks
Xavier

I'm not sure what you refer to as "consistent results". Also, I'm assuming you are using the latest version of Phenix.
