[phenixbb] Issue phenix.table1 macOS

Hi Xavier,

we can debug this now but we need more details. Specifically, we need 
all input files and the description of steps that lead to the problem 
and the description of the problem itself. I'm not sure what you refer 
to as "consistent results". Also, I'm assuming you are using the latest 
version of Phenix.
