Employer: Hauptman Woodward Medical Research Institute (Position is situated in Germany) Outline of Position: This position is supported by a new NSF grant devoted to the application of free-electron X-ray lasers to structural biology. The position will be based in Hamburg, Germany at DESY CFEL, but is supported by a grant at SUNY Buffalo. There will be time for research collaborations in addition to support duties. The ideal candidate will hold a PhD in experimental Biophysics or similar.
