Hi, a quick announcement.. Phenix versions dev-3765 and newer now have a new tool to build ordered water into cryo-EM maps, command line only for the moment. To get latest version: http://phenix-online.org/download/nightly_builds.cgi Use example: phenix.douse model.pdb map.mrc Some background: http://phenix-online.org/presentations/water.pdf This is still work in progress.
