You have a choice. You can find (if it's there) an Chemical Component entry
that has the phosphate as part of the 3-letter code or you can find the
phosphate moiety as a separate residue. In Phenix 1.10, this will be
automatically linked and the LINK record written to the PDB output.

Hi everyone I need some suggestions for a CIF file for a 5'-phosphate moiety that is part of the nucleotide (CYT in this case) located at the start of a DNA strand (5' end) to be used in refinement in both PHENIX and COOT. All suggestions are appreciated. Cheers Jens
