More on this: The installers (GUI and CLI) are only 1.7 GB for version 2.2.1. This is the case over multiple downloads with two different browsers. They are 3.5 GB for version 2.2 and 2.1. Installing 2.2-6143 works. Furthermore, trying to install using CLI, gives a warning: WARNING: md5sum mismatch of tar archive expected: c03784e991b0172fffa7469dc2fe784b got: 23dc402ebd51497ff4f74541c9fd5a9b and then dies with tarfile.ReadError: unexpected end of data It looks to me like the installers for version 2.2.1 are incomplete. Hi,
When I try to install the latest release (2.2.1) on an M1 MacBook Pro using the GUI installer, I get the error "The operation couldn’t be completed. (com.apple.installer.pagecontroller error -1.) Couldn't open "Phenix-2.2.1-6174-MacOSX-arm64.pkg"
I have already removed extended attributes, so that's not the problem. Checking xattr gives this
% xattr ~/Downloads/Phenix-2.2.1-6174-MacOSX-arm64.pkg com.apple.macl
This is also not a time-out issue; the installer just never launches.
Best,
Engin
