Subject: [phenixbb] Cryo_fit installation

Hi everyone,

I was wondering if you could help me with installing cryo_fit on an Ubuntu machine.

I followed the instructions here for the cryo_fit installation. Then, I tried to follow this guide to install gromacs_cryo_fit.

However, I got stuck at the "Install using a provided script" step.

Do I need to install GROMACS separately before proceeding? Any tips would be greatly appreciated!
