Hi, Could you send the log file (not necessarily to the list)? The interesting one would be AutoMR_run_*_/AutoMR_run_*_1.log This might give a hint about where you're running out of memory. While using the prior release of phenix, I was able to get a similar job to complete, which makes me curious.
I am running phenix 1.7-650 (GUI) on an Intel Mac with 4GB of RAM and OS 10.6.6.
Any suggestions?
