This is Wen from Indiana University. I have a question about the refinement using Phenix. I got a Phenix Error, saying “Polymer crosses special position element xxxxxxxxx. Use allow_polymer_cross_special_position=True to keep going.” I also find this keyword online, but am still not sure how I can change this key word. Should I input the command somewhere? What should I do exactly?
