phenix.reduce segmentation fault with -trim option on Snow leopard Mac OSX

Thanks for the heads-up - would it be possible to send us the PDB file for debugging? Without reproducing the problem it's difficult to guess what is breaking. I've seen this happen once before, and it turned out to be caused by an unusual (but legitimate) combination of records in a file that confused the PDB reader used by Reduce (but weirdly, also only crashed on Snow Leopard). -Nat -------------------- Nathaniel Echols Lawrence Berkeley Lab 510-486-5136 [email protected]
