Hi Christine, I'm sorry, that is a programming error, not an error in your files. Can you possibly make sure you are using a very recent version? You can download the latest "development version" from the web site at http://www.phenix-online.org If you do have the latest version, then please let me know and I will fix the bug. Hi I was using phenix.autoMR and when it tried to go on to autobuild the job ended with the following error message

AutoBuild Input failed can only concatenate list (not "str") to list

There are two molecules in the asymmetric unit. I tried running phenix.autobuild with the output pdb from molecular replacement and got the same message. The file looks OK to me though.
