Will “Delete All Generic Display Objects” in “Draw”->"Generic Display Objects…” do what you want? // Johan Research Specialist @ Gonen Lab ____________________________________________________ Janelia Research Campus * 19700 Helix Drive Ashburn, VA 20147 * +1 (571) 209-4000 extension 3376
Try turning them off in the phenix window (molprobity tab). If you delete
the generic object, they come back every time you use real space refine (or
auto-fit rotamer, etc.) in coot.
