5'-phosphate group CIF files
Hi everyone
I need some suggestions for a CIF file for a 5'-phosphate moiety that is
part of the nucleotide (CYT in this case) located at the start of a DNA
strand (5' end) to be used in refinement in both PHENIX and COOT.
All suggestions are appreciated.
Cheers
Jens

Hello Jens, could you copy the relevant restraints from e.g. CTP.cif? Regards, Tim On Monday, September 21, 2015 12:34:30 PM jens j birktoft wrote:

You have a choice. You can find (if it's there) an Chemical Component entry
that has the phosphate as part of the 3-letter code or you can find the
phosphate moiety as a separate residue. In Phenix 1.10, this will be
automatically linked and the LINK record written to the PDB output.
I can help if you desire.
Cheers
