[cctbxbb] Installation failure after package updates

Hi Billy,

We just identified another dependency issue, which was masked by us not checking exit codes…

The DIALS documentation does no longer build with sphinx 1.3.5.
It does with the previous version 1.2.2 and with the current stable release 1.4.4.
Can we revert to the old version or skip to the current version?
